Special Treatment: If your items need special treatment like fur removal, fire retardant spray, waterproofing, or dealing with bedbug infestations, we'll charge you based on the specific services provided. If you request extra washing, drying, or additional chemical treatments, the cost will be twice the regular service price.
Children's Clothes: Kids' clothes are smaller than adult ones and take more time to fold. To compensate our attendants for their effort, there's an extra charge of $0.25 per pound for children's clothes that require folding or hanging.
Detergent Preferences: We use our own house detergent, liquid softener, and dryer sheets. If you prefer a special detergent, please bring it from home, and for every 20 pounds of clothes, we'll credit you $1.00. No matter how small your laundry load, we'll charge for a full load, which is 20 pounds.
Estimating Costs: We can't accurately determine the weight of your laundry due to the variety of fabrics and thread counts. Here's a rough estimate: 20 pounds typically includes 5 pairs of jeans, 5 pairs of underwear, 2 towels, 6 lightweight shirts, 2 pairs of shorts, and 6 pairs of socks.
